Regional Events offer Regional points Monthly in an area near you. Your best 6 singles and doubles finishes add to your State standings. (1 regional Singles and Doubles per month)
State ACL Events have the biggest impact on a players State standings. a players Best State Singles finishes and best State doubles finish counts towards their State Standings.
